GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS

Dear customer, as it is reported on the art. 185/99 which regulate and preserve the consumers in the cases of distance-selling operation ,we present the general terms and conditions .

Customers:
The persons who are not acting under the name of a society are all subject to these conditions.

Economic conditions:
The conditions regarding prices, discounts, shipping costs and other relative costs are those published on the online catalogue and printed at the moment of purchase in the order confirmation

Order confirmation:
All the orders received are considered as a purchase proposal, so the following contract will be concluded  in the moment that we receive the purchase confirmation  by e-mail.

Delivery terms:
It is our responsibility to deliver the merchandise or provide service in a timely manner. In case of untimely delivery or damages caused from the untimely delivery the responsibility is of the shipping company.
The shipping costs are reported on the order confirmation, and are included in the total cost of purchase.

Refunds:
It is our interest to completely satisfy the needs of our customers.
In case the customer is not completely satisfied, for any reason, please contact us immediately by  telephone, fax, or e-mail.
The customer reserves the right to revoke the contract within 10 (ten) working days after receiving the merchandise by sending a certified letter with a receipt to the following address:

The customer can provide to revoke the order also communicating by telegram or fax at the indicated number.
In case of revoke in the communication there should be the IBAN and SWIFT codes and  the name of the bank  where we will provide to make the repayment by bank transfer or the address where we should send a check once we notice that the customer already did the payment of the merchandise.
We inform our customers that on the art. 5 of the D. Leg 185/99 the right to revoke can not be exercise in case of:
- goods and merchandise made under personal request of the customer,
- goods which are liable to deteriorate if they would be re-sent
- services which are begun, as agreement from both parts, before the term of 10 days, as reported in the art. 5 comma 1 in the D. Lgs. n. 185/99,
- software and audiovisual which have been already opened by the customer.
In the case that the customer exercise the right to revoke he will provide to pay for the shipping costs. The merchandise should return not used and intact. In within thirty days from receipt of the merchandise and once their condition had been verified the seller will provide to credit the amount paid by bank transfer or check. In the case that the payment have been done by Credit Card the refund will be done after the seller has verified that the payment has been done successfully and has verified the regularity and property of the Credit Card.

Other general conditions:
Regarding everything that is not here regulated the distributor refer itself to the Italian law regarding this type of contract.
The general conditions of sell could be modified and updated at any time and they will be effective from the moment of their publication.

Agreement to use Your personal information:
As reported in the art. 10 of Law n. 675/95, we inform that the customer’s personal information are collect and used only to commercialize the products and in particularly for the following finality:
- the correct process regarding the sell, payment and delivery of the merchandise;
- the dispatching of advertising and informational material regarding the distributor’s commercial proposals.
The agreement to use the personal information is necessary for the execution of the contract.
The customer can exercise at any time the rights reported on the art. 13 of the Law n. 675/96 and in particular the customer can ask for the existence, the update, the verify, the integration and the reset of the own personal information. The customer can also oppose to the utilization of it sending a certified letter to the following address:
